Space & Visual Merchandising

- Develop planograms, floor layouts, and analyze sales vs. space productivity
- Create and implement VM guidelines, seasonal displays, and promotions
- Monitor store standards and ensure brand alignment
- Conduct sales/space analysis and recommend improvements
- Organize staff training and support campaigns, events, and product launches
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in merchandising, preferably in soft-line or fashion retail.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in space productivity tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail in visual presentation.
- Excellent communication, training, and project coordination skills.
