Digital Media Strategist & Analyst

Job Descriptions

1. Strategies
1.1 Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the company's objectives, focusing on targeting specific audiences
through the most effective digital channels.


1.2 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns by selecting the optimal mix of digital platforms, techniques, and technologies.

2. Collaboration
2.1 Work closely with both internal teams and external agency partners to convey company goals and media strategies effectively, ensuring seamless
translation into actionable campaigns. This involves a continuous cycle of implementation, analysis, and feedback to refine strategies and enhance
campaign outcomes.

2.2 Oversee paid advertising across key digital platforms, including but not limited to LINE Official Account, Facebook, and TikTok, as well as banner
and programmatic ads, ensuring they meet the company's objectives.

3. Performance-Driven Analysis & Data Analytics
3.1 Conduct in-depth analysis of data from various online media campaigns, including websites, social media, and other digital platforms, to inform
strategic decisions and support company objectives.


3.2 Utilize data analytics to measure the return on investment (ROI) of digital campaigns, assessing their effectiveness and efficiency to drive continuous improvement.


3.3 Make data-driven recommendations for strategy and tactic adjustments to enhance campaign performance, boost engagement, and optimize expenditure.

3.4 Evaluate campaign outcomes to pinpoint strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement, leveraging insights to refine and elevate future
strategies.

3.5 Diligently monitor media results against set KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded, and prepare comprehensive reports that detail campaign
performance, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.


Qualifications


1. Bachelor Degree of Business, Communications, Data Science, or a related field

2. Have experience 3-5 years of direct experience in digital marketing and analytics. This experience should include hands-on
work with digital media planning, campaign management, data analysis, and strategy development.


3. Certifications in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics) are highly desirable.

4. A strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
5. A problem-solver who is curious, innovative, and proactive.
6. A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also work independently.
7. A track record of successful digital campaign management, with tangible results that demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed targets.
8. Leadership experience or the potential to lead projects and cross-functional teams, guiding strategy implementation and
optimization efforts.
