We are looking for a creative, versatile Creative Videographer to join our team. This role needs someone with a strong creative eye and an instinct for storytelling through moving images. We want someone whose work feels alive, meaning the energy is high and every frame has intention. Success in this role requires not just technical skill, but your creativity and your drive to think quickly, problem-solve on set, and consistently deliver high-quality results in dynamic, unpredictable environments.

Responsibilities

Creative Video Production

• Bring original creative ideas to each shoot; the role is not just operating the camera, but contributing as a creative to the content.
• Shoot high-quality short-form vertical videos (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels) and long-form content (e.g., YouTube) with strong visual storytelling.
• Operate both professional cameras and smartphones (iPhone) for filming.
• Collaborate with the content and branding teams to plan and execute shoots that align with creative direction and campaign objectives.

Photography

• Capture behind-the-scenes photos and stock-style portrait images of people and activities.
• Ensure all images are well-composed, properly lit, and visually consistent with brand guidelines.

Lighting & Equipment Setup

• Set up and operate lighting equipment, with a solid understanding of 3-point lighting techniques.
• Experience with beauty lighting and cinematic lighting setups is highly preferred.
• Manage audio equipment (microphones, recorders) and ensure proper setup during shoots.
• Note: If your creative skills are exceptional, we are willing to support lighting training

️ Post-Production

• Perform basic sequence editing on CapCut.
• Perform basic photo retouching or color correction in Photoshop (preferred but not required).

On-site Shooting

• Able to travel and shoot on location with the team when required.

Basic Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content shooting, video production, or related fields (media, marketing, creative agency).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating short-form and long-form video work, with a focus on creative quality and visual storytelling.
• A creative thinker with the ability to conceptualize and develop compelling content ideas across platforms.
• Proficient in operating DSLR cameras and smartphones (iPhone) for both photo and video shooting.
• Strong understanding of basic lighting setups and audio recording techniques.
• Familiar with Google Drive and digital file management.
• Basic skills in Adobe CapCut are required.
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop are preferred.
• Fast problem-solver who is able to handle onset challenges calmly and resourcedfully under time pressure.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative team player who is flexible, proactive, and communicates effectively.
