Job Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to help us deliver exceptional, secure, and reliable software. You’ll work hands-on with both manual and automated testing, ensuring that every feature we release is not just functional — but excellent.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Design and write test cases, scenarios, and plans from real-world use perspectives.
Perform manual and automated tests to ensure flawless user experiences.
Identify, verify, and report bugs, UX issues, and logic inconsistencies.
Evaluate the usability and logical flow of our web platforms and applications.
Validate that system feedback (alerts, warnings, and messages) makes sense to real users.
Work closely with Developers, Product Owners, and Designers to elevate user experience and security quality.
Build and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Playwright, Cypress, Jest, Selenium, or Postman.
Execute regression, smoke, API, and UI tests to ensure product stability.
Contribute ideas to enhance QA processes and methodologies.
Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints and provide testing insights and reports to the team.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer
Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
Hands-on experience with testing tools such as
Postman / Swagger / Insomnia for API Testing
Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Jest / Mocha for Automation Testing
Basic SQL knowledge for data verification
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate effectively
Understanding of REST API and WebSocket
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams is an advantage
Nice to Have
Experience using Git / GitHub Actions for automated testing
Participation in designing or improving QA processes or guidelines
Curiosity about cybersecurity and system reliability.
Where You Will Work?
We are based at The Rice (BTS Saphan Kwai). This is a hybrid role—you only need to come to the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
