HC Business Partner Officer
1.ดำเนินการสรรหาผู้สมัคร และจัดเตรียมเอกสารการจ้างงาน
2.จัดทำค่าจ้างเงินเดือน รายได้อื่นๆให้กับพนักงาน
3.ดำเนินงานประสานงานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์
4.จัดทำเอกสารเบิก-จ่ายสวัสดิการ โอนย้าย และประชาสัมพันธ์ประกาศต่างๆของบริษัท
5.จัดทำรายงานต่างๆเกี่ยวกับงานบุคคล
1.มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบุคคล อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
2.มีความรู้เรื่องกฏหมายแรงงาน และกฏหมายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3.มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
4.มีความอดทนและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
