RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for competency based management and performance management
- Handle organization development and career development
- Set up talent management program
- Responsible for career development plan for all employees at all levels
- Work closely with every department to develop training and development needed
- Develop standard process for succession planning
- Summarize data and present analysis reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Male / female age 28-35
- Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields
- Proven experiences in HROD or HRD
- Knowledge and skills of competency management
- Proactive, dynamic, and excellent communicator
