• As our portfolio grows, we are looking for a Product Manager who can continuously strengthen our existing products ensuring that they remain relevant to consumers, competitive in the market, and commercially strong.
• The Product Manager will own the improvement and growth of existing products across SAND-M's portfolio.
• This is not primarily an NPD project management role.
• The role starts with understanding the market, consumer, competition and product performance, identifying what needs to change, and translating those insights into stronger products and propositions.

• You will act as the bridge between Consumer & Market Insights, Brand Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Commercial teams.

• Analyze product performance, consumer feedback, sales data and competitive activity to identify improvement opportunities.

• Work closely with R&D to evaluate new functional ingredients, branded ingredients and formulation technologies.
• Lead product renovation projects including formula upgrades, taste/texture improvement and ingredient optimization.
• Balance consumer appeal, efficacy, regulatory feasibility, COGS and commercial viability.
• Claims, Packaging & Commercial Proposition.
• Work with Regulatory Affairs and R&D to identify strong, compliant product claims.
• Review packaging communication and benefit hierarchy to ensure consumers quickly understand what the product is, what it does and why it is different.
• Recommend improvements to pack format, pack size, price architecture and product presentation where appropriate.
• Ensure the total proposition Product + Benefit + Pack + Price + Message works together.

• Market Opportunity Consumer Need Product Proposition Formula Brief Claims & USP Pack/Price Relaunch.
• Prioritize which existing SKUs require improvement or repositioning.
• Build renovation recommendations and business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Brand Marketing, R&D, RA, Packaging, Purchasing, Production, Sales and Trade Marketing.
• Track timelines and ensure projects move from insight to execution with speed.
• Review post-launch performance and recommend further optimization.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, Functional Food, Beverage, Supplements or related consumer-product industries.
• Strong experience in Product Management, Brand Management, Product Marketing, Innovation or Category Management.
• Proven experience working on product renovation, product improvement, relaunch or portfolio optimization.
• Strong understanding of consumer needs and ability to translate insights into product propositions.
• Commercially minded with a good understanding of pricing, COGS, margin and business performance.
• Comfortable working with R&D and technical teams; scientific background is an advantage but not required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good command of English.
