Job Purpose

Responsible to manage all aspects of ILP products and fund life circle – starting form ideation till product launch and closing. Propose information to Head of for development of ILP and Fund strategy and manage execution plan to increase number of sales with quality and comply with all aspects of regulation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate ILP funds strategy for quick win, medium-term and long-term to cover all needs/ risk of customers
• Lead ILP funds discussion/ negotiation with fund house to ensure that the company have the competitive funds and the right price as well as rebate fee
• Lead fund implementation and launch with more creative ideas rather having same funds with others
• Analyze/ monitor all mutual funds and customer behavior (e.g. switching fund, customers’ risk mapping to their fund choices, premium holiday and etc) under ILP to focus/ withdraw on some funds that is not under company strategy
• Coordinate with ILP communication to drive/ develop regular ILP communication by focusing fund knowledge/ analysis. Focused funds and providing on recommendation which funds are matched to different type/ risk of customers
• Coordinate with product sales tool management and ILP Initiatives people to come up with the right tool for distributors and customers to have very good customers’ and distributors’ journey
• Gather data to propose for development of ILP and fund strategy and proposition for all channel to successful delivery target.
• Access Customers research, understand insight, translate to product and fund structure ideas and design analysis
• In charge of fund recommendation, work closely with investment as well as external party and regulator on any task relating to mutual funds for ILP
• Provide monthly fund performance report
