Position Overview: As a Senior HRD Manager at Berli Jucker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing human resources development strategies aligned with the company's goals. You will lead initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent, driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HRD Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive HRD plans aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring the effective utilization and development of talent resources.
2. Learning & Development: Design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities in line with business needs and industry trends.
3. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives by effectively communicating changes, addressing employee concerns, and facilitating smooth transitions during organizational changes or restructuring.
4. HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HRD initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to enhance organizational performance.
5. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work culture, enhance employee morale, and promote employee satisfaction and engagement.
6. Compliance & HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, review and update HR policies and procedures as necessary, and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
7. Leadership & Team Development: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HRD team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in HRD or related roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing HRD strategies.
• Strong understanding of learning and development, talent Mangement and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and other HR-related software applications.
