Responsibilities:

• Master Data: Manage the setup and maintenance of master data such as Material, Price, Promotion, Salesman, Sales Area, and Customer. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and readiness to effectively support purchasing, sales, returns, withdrawals, services, and expenses in line with the company’s objectives.

• PO Process: Oversee Master Data for all Purchase Orders (PO) not processed through BCP or ISD, including the purchase of BJC-owned inventory and 3rd Party Food & Non-Food products, ensuring correct and verifiable pricing, as well as service-related POS.

• Data Analysis: Manage product, store, and sales team data grouping to ensure standardization. Facilitate the use of data in generating reports for monitoring, sales analysis, and accurate calculation of incentives and expenses.

• System Development / Projects: Coordinate with the IT team to resolve and prevent system issues. Collaborate on projects to develop systems that align with company policies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Enhance the Sales Analysis program as a practical tool to manage large workloads within limited resources and timelines.

• System Authorization: Control user access rights in accordance with roles and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and mitigating potential risks that may cause harm to the organization.

• Advisory & Planning: Participate in meetings, provide consultation, and contribute to planning related to database setup, sales pricing structures, and data system management to ensure alignment with company structure and policies.

• KPI Management: Define and monitor team performance KPIs to meet business needs and align with organizational goals.

• Performance Evaluation & People Development: Evaluate team members’ performance, plan for the development of high-potential employees, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure contributions add value to the company in line with its policies.

• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of working principles in SAP Modules SD and MM, Microsoft programs, and other application software integrated with SAP.
• Ability to manage and administer sales–purchase database systems with a strong understanding of internal process integration within the company.
• Skilled in calculation, communication, and coordination with individuals and/or relevant departments.
