Responsibilities:

• Work with Head of Innovation to strategize innovation direction and portfolio.
• Manage group of Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR), assign priority, tasks and provide consultation on particular issues identified.
• Ensure the effective delivery of all projects incubated, and such MVP developments.
• Acting as a liaison for new engagement of Stellar, and build the relationships with counterparties (internal and external)
• Manage Innovation culture and communication team to design the cultivation campaign for innovation culture, also the communication to promote the activities of Stellar or other innovation related.
• Work with other team under Stellar (Tech, Design etc.) to ensure end-to-end of product/project delivery.
• Develop, coach and inspire people under supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Higher in computer science, computer related field or other related to financial/business.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in corporate innovation.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in leadership position.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial industry.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in cultural development, communication.
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Deep knowledge in innovation framework, including emerging trends of Digital and Technology
• Strong Project and Portfolio management techniques.
• Stakeholders, especially senior level management
• People and Organizational development
• Basic knowledge of branding and strategic communication
• Knowledge in banking business, regulation as well as technology related.
• Strong sense of business acumen, venturing.
