Head of IT Business Partner- Retail

Head Of Business Partner creates and defines the action plan for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. Managing dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnerships across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Head Of Business Partner will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.
Key Responsibility:
- Works closely with Head of Business Unit to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation and work onsite with the team on a daily basis
- Set ambitious and clear vision / actionable item and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit
- Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- Maintain and refine a prioritized product backlog based on business value.
- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as Bi-weekly demos
- Integrates usability studies and research into requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an IT Manager, Senior IT Manager, or other related leadership positions.
- Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
- Familiar with Enterprise Business.
- Super logical thinking with platform creation, development process, product design and backlog prioritization.
- Strongly communication skill for what's matter, why and why not to team members and stakeholders.

- Strong problem solver with ability to manage and lead the team to push the solution and progress
- Empowers others to fail, learn, and grow
- Understanding and knowledge of various roles of Retail operation, Supply chain, B2C operation, etc.
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation and drive out of the box ideas – loves and embraces change
- Good command in English both written and spoken.
