Manager/AVP - HRBP (Data Center Business)

- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the leadership team, aligning workforce strategies with business growth plans in Thailand’s rapidly expanding data center market.
- Lead strategic workforce planning to anticipate future talent needs and build a robust pipeline to address the “talent war” in the data center industry.
- Drive the development and execution of strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning, ensuring the business can attract and retain top-tier technical and leadership talent.
- Oversee the design and implementation of learning, development, and leadership programs to strengthen internal capabilities and prepare talent for future expansion.
- Partner with business leaders to build a strong employer brand in the technology and data center space, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.
- Provide HR analytics and insights to support evidence-based decision-making and measure the effectiveness of talent strategies.
- Strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture by promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Ensure HR operations remain compliant with Thai labor laws while supporting operational excellence.
- Lead change management initiatives to enable smooth business expansion, organizational transformation, and scaling of the workforce.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management in digital, technology, IT, data center businesses.
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, retention strategies, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior business leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to translate HR metrics into actionable strategies.
- Agile, proactive, and resilient in navigating complex and fast-paced business environments.
- Good command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Goal-oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
