A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Manager, you will lead the execution of high-voltage substation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability. You will handle the full project lifecycle—from contract handover to commissioning—while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage all phases of high-voltage substation projects, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to prevent overruns; implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
  • NCC Management: Identify, track, and minimize Non-Conformance Costs through proactive quality control and supplier management.
  • Efficiency Enhancement: Drive efficiency improvements across engineering, procurement, and construction activities to meet or exceed project targets.
  • Contract & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, handle risks proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
  • Resource Planning: Identify and allocate resources to meet project requirements and timelines.
  • Customer Management: Cultivate positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors; serve as the main contact for all project-related issues.
  • Financial Control: Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flow in collaboration with the commercial team to ensure profitability.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to HSE standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the high-voltage transmission, substation, or power systems industry.
  • Certified Associate (Professional) Level Electrical Engineer (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HV equipment (GIS, AIS, transformers, protection systems) and substation construction processes.
  • Proven ability to manage EPC projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
  • PMP® or equivalent certification is an advantage.
