• Design and develop dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to support product, operational, and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain data models, semantic layers, and reporting structures.
• Partner with Data Engineers to ensure data quality and reliable reporting.
• Present findings to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Support and mentor junior analysts where needed.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong in presentation and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data clearly to business stakeholders.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong in English.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Spark, Databricks.
• Experience in consulting, retail, e-commerce, or digital platform businesses.
