The Brand Partner and Design Project Leadership helps one (or several) project to ensure each client project meets design requirements and brand guidelines from start to finish. A combination of technical design and management skills are required.

Design Along with overseeing the design aspect of the project, Brand Partner Design and Project Leadership often plays a hands-on role by assisting in the design responsibilities and execution. A senior level design experience is also expected – to ensure the project is completed in the established time frame. This can include responsibility for specific design function, as well as reviewing the work of other team members and making changes to ensure the project is completed accurately.

Management The Brand Partner and Design Project Leadership oversees design projects and includes developing materials for the project to ensure it's completed in accordance with established quality standards and time frames. This involves frontline client engagement from design concepts, to execution and implementation, developing timelines, team tasking and delegation, as well as scheduling the delivery for each phase of the project.

The Brand Partner and Design Project Leadership works with the Creative Director and Studio Operations Manager to schedule and coordinate tasks to personnel and manage internal and external timelines. Throughout the project, progress is reported.
