• Reporting and Analytics: maintain regular reporting on digital marketing and e-commerce performance across channels and programs, including pay-per-click (paid search), SEO, product listing ads, social media, website, etc...
• Summarize performance by teasing out insights and actionable opportunities.
• Test and Learn program: manage roadmap of new and existing initiatives to continuously test and learn in order to improve business performance. Create and manage methodology of tests including test and control groups, A/B test groups, etc. Conduct analysis of tests with read-out to leadership.
• Tag management: maintain marketing tags across multiple vendors and platforms to ensure proper tracking of channels and websites
• Digital Marketing campaign support: provide support with ad-hoc digital marketing campaigns as needed
• CRM and customer segmentation / targeting: assist in building and maintaining company's digital marketing segmentation and targeting strategy

• Overseas graduated
• Analytical rigour and data-driven: all about the data. Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data and derive meaningful and actionable insights.
• Verbal and Written communication: ability to communicate effectively and tell stories with/from data that are understandable to technical and non-technical teams
• Detail oriented: thorough in reporting and analytics, project management, communication, and timeliness
• Self-driven: knows how to prioritize and is able to focus on projects and tasks that are most impactful
• Collaborative: ability to work with individuals and teams across multiple functions and with all levels of management
• Technical: past technical experience not required, but has ability to quickly learn
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Understanding of e-commerce analytics, customer segmentation, marketing funnel, and customer lifecycle
• Good skill in digital marketing is a plus
