Account Executive (Sales Department)
atWorkVenture Technologies Co., Ltd.This role is responsible to manage existing top spending clients, new potentially big and strategic customers who will be tagged as key accounts.
- Generate revenue through repeat purchase from clients through telemarketing activities.
- Effectively manage and escalate clients' requests to increase customer satisfaction.
- Approach and manage the relationship with our clients
- Create and maintain good relationships with key clients
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years' experience in sales, telesales or account management
- Ability to close sale and explain company's services.
- Superb relationship building skills and ability to demonstrate value to clients
- Highly motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating team work, good facilitator, consensus builder and able to manage conflict
