1. Making and updating the Job description
2. Compile record and update team database. Manage team documents and information such as personal information, time attendance, etc.
3. Process documentation relating to personnel activities such as recruitment, training, performance evaluations, certificate Employee, etc.
4. Seeking source or channel for candidates that suit the position.
5. Create interview questions for candidates based on the Job description and their resumes.
6. Sourcing and seeking the training course for team development.
7. Create and manage HR plan include HR budget yearly and follow up the plan.
8. Planing the evaluation team yearly and follow up the plan. Create evaluation questions and record team performance.
9. Informing and publishing the information about human resources issues, rules, and regulations including team benefits.
10. Deal with team requests and source tools, equipment or resource for a support team.
11. Arrange team meeting and take minutes of the meeting in case.
12. Responsible for WGM's account
13. Performance report (Rewrite report from CEO)
