Job description

• Responsible for the product category’s profit and loss, sales revenue, monitoring product inventory, and most importantly product selecting and launching.
• Market survey and information collecting, Product benchmarking includes set up pricing.
• Manage a cross-functional team, work closely with marketing, merchandiser, sales, and other functions to ensure that support the company’s overall strategy, and goal and deliver winning products as well as work with various departments throughout the business involved.
• Develop and implement a strategy to grow sales, market share, and branding.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management /direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in product marketing, product management, trade/ channel marketing in home appliances, sanitary ware, Tiles.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets.
• Experience dealing with China company, or working in China company experience is preferred.
• Be well-organized and have planning skills as well as marketing projects/programs execution within assigned product categories.
• Be able to analyze market information and provide the best strategic business plan for the product category.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing to consumer markets.
• Be able to work under pressure, result-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
