Business Development Manager (Expats welcomed)

We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and resourceful Business Development Manager who has 5+ years of experience in selling premium digital marketing and web design solutions to businesses in Western Europe and the USA. The ideal candidate must be proactive and take full ownership in generating and closing their own sales leads. You will need to be prepared for challenges and will be expected to exceed targets. You must be fluent in English and be able to clearly and professionally communicate with leads and clients in writing.

  • Executing sales tactics, implement marketing strategies, and deliver effective sales presentations with passion, personality, and charisma.
  • Acting as the key contact for prospective clients; forming strong relationships with the client and developing communication channels between the relevant parties.
  • Following up with prospective clients and arranging meetings.
  • Planning and preparing presentations for prospective clients.
  • Advising clients on cost, available resources, problems and solutions.
  • Preparing proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
  • Managing key client accounts.
  • Forecasting sales performance trends and executing proactively to increase our market segment on key international markets.
  • Keeping track of the latest digital campaign trends and analyzing digital behavior.
  • Tracking the project deliverables and matching those with agreed upon deadlines.
  • Reporting on success criteria for delivered projects by measuring results.
  • Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitoring competition and providing ideas to stand out.
  • Passionate about IT, e-commerce and digital projects.
  • Knowledgeable in online marketing, in particular Web. ??????
  • An experienced hands-on operator who has built and scaled revenue via demand generation activities.
  • A strong communicator with excellent presentation, report writing, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experienced in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships and seeking new business.
  • Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required, and work on a range of client projects at the same time.
  • Multi-tasker with an ability to juggle many projects.
  • Agency experience with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
