Job Description
- ฝึกสอน มอบหมายแนะนำและตรวจสอบการปฎิบัติงาน การแก้ไขปัญหาการจัดเรียงสินค้า และติดตามงานกับพนักงาน PC
- ตรวจเช็คการทำงานของพนักงาน PC ในพื่นที่ขายตามมาตรฐานและนโยบายของบริษัท
- ประเมินผลการทำงานของพนักงาน PC เพื่อหาโอกาส ในการพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการทำงานของทีม
- จัดทำ Plan-o-gram ตั้งกองสิ้นค้า สำหรับการประชุม หรือจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ ในพื้นที่ขาย
- ผลักดันยอดขายด้วยการเพิ่มพื้นที่พิเศษในพื้นที่ขาย
- จัดทำรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualification
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดตามพิ้นที่ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
