• จัดสรรและวางแผนเส้นทางรถรับส่งพนักงานให้มีความแม่นยำ ปลอดภัย และตรงต่อเวลา.
• กำกับ ดูแล และติดตามประเมินผลการทำงานของบริษัทผู้ให้บริการรถรับส่ง (Vendor) ให้ได้มาตรฐาน.
• บริหารจัดการระบบการจองรถผู้บริหาร รวมถึงตรวจสอบและดำเนินการเบิกจ่ายค่าน้ำมัน ค่าทางด่วน และค่าใช้จ่ายอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• การดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยและอุปกรณ์สำนักงาน.
• ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และดูแลการปฏิบัติงานของแม่บ้าน เพื่อรักษาความสะอาดและความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยของพื้นที่สำนักงาน.
• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบการเบิก-จ่าย เครื่องเขียนและอุปกรณ์สำนักงานให้มีเพียงพอและเหมาะสมต่อการใช้งาน.
• งานเอกสาร บัญชีค่าใช้จ่าย และการสนับสนุนระบบคุณภาพ.

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา.
• ประสบการณ์: มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Admin / GA / ธุรการอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากมีประสบการณ์ดูแลรถรับส่ง หรือบริหารซัพพลายเออร์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ).
• ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้เป็นอย่างดี.
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงาน และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี.

• Manage and oversee Quality Evidence (QE), Product Safety, and Product Claim activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
