หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Provide legal advice and recommendations related to taxation laws and regulations, especially on obligations and requirements of listed company.
- Provide recommendations, options and other relevant advice relating to tax issues in various transactions of listed company and other related matters to ensure compliance with taxation laws.
- Provide advice on the duties, roles and responsibilities of Board of Directors and management of listed companies and its subsidiaries under all pertinent laws and regulations, including good corporate governance.
- Draft and review agreements related to taxation laws.
- Network with relevant government agencies.
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
- 5- 8 years lawyer experience in taxation laws under Thai law (ASEAN law is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge in taxation laws; e.g. tax advisory, tax compliance, tax due diligence, tax representative, transfer pricing is an advantage.
- Have knowledge and understanding about corporate governance principles and best practices.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
- The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
