เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
- Process HR transactions related to employee life cycle and & inquires from business/ company related to Organization , Workforce Management , Performance, Rewarding , Engagement , Recruitment
- Provide first point of contact for the provision of employees and manager advice guidance and query resolution
- Monitor and control employee data, and documents such as Payroll / Performance/ Compensation
- Works closely with HR function to support any administrative / project and activity such as data support , employee activity , budget
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related field
- Having at least 3 years experiences in HR management and SAP such as HRIS, Payroll, Benefit and Welfare , Employee Relations etc.
- Good end to end understanding of HR processes, policies and case management
- Self-motivated, dynamic and highly driven
