เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Standardized Reporting on key metrics: Work with internal stakeholders to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order to design, develop and produce ongoing reports and dashboards to support the business
- Analyze, and optimize the performance of search, social, content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions, lower cost of customer acquisition, and increase customer life-time value
- Campaign Analysis: Provide ROI analysis of all online marketing campaigns with predefined key performance indicators
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives
คุณสมบัติ:
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent practical experience.
- Experienced 1-3 years in business analyst or related field from business consulting firm
- Strong insight data analytical and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication. This role will require effective collaboration and cross-functional coordination across internal and external contributors.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
- Good knowledge both of Digital Marketing Tools (SEO, Google, Facebook etc.,) and Data Based (SQL, R and etc.,) are plus
