- Analyze and investigate business / people issues and trends
- Partner with BPs to design Recruitment strategy to serve business
- Develop and improve recruitment process and system
- Drive employer branding and EVP (Employee value proposition) through the recruitment programs
- Ensure effective execution of recruitment process and system in their business and comply with legislation and regulatory requirements
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in related field
- Having at least 3 years experiences HR Business Partner , HR Strategy and system is prefer
- Good business & people analytical skill
- Good business and innovative people solutions foresight
- Good Business partnering and forecasting skill
- Self-motivated, dynamic and highly driven
