The Great Room seeks a energetic Centre Manager (CM) who is the leader of the Office and will be looked upon to create a community amongst our members, and to manage and guide the Member Relations team.

You will report directly to the Country General Manager and will be managing the Office as per company standards and expectations. The CM plays a critical role in driving sales for the Office under your care and to maintain a full occupancy of the Office by achieving sales goals and managing churns. You will ensure that the Office is efficiently managed and operated, while driving growth and promoting the brand.

This position requires a high level of intellectual rigour and integrity of the highest, and a passion for structure and details. A proven track record managing operations, spearheading growth in new markets, and leading a team are key. The CM enjoys being part of a fast-moving and dynamic team.

  • To maintain company's brand standards and expectations
  • To manage and oversee all aspects of the Office's operations, including member relations, finance, sales, marketing and events
  • Communicate, engage and network with current and potential Members; Host member events and gatherings
  • Manage Members' contracts, accounts and invoicing
  • Manage a team of Member Relations Officer
  • Oversee Office's day-to-day operations, and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders (i.e. vendors, landlord, members, team)
  • Oversee Office's facilities management and maintenance
  • Oversee Office's events logistic and execution
  • Work with corporate's Operations team to design and implement process and procedures to optimize member experience and increase operation efficiency
  • Support the regional sales team and GM in sales activities and tours to promote membership sales for the Office, to maintain a full occupancy of the Office, and manage churn
  • Work with regional sales team and GM on membership sales strategy
  • Work with country's marketing manager and GM on membership and Office's marketing strategy
  • Work with country's marketing manager and GM to develop community activities and events to enhance members engagement
  • Work with GM to manage the Office's P&L performance.
  • Analyse financial performance and produce relevant reports, to present to relevant stakeholders.
  • Implement attentive cost control when necessary
  • Ensure utmost security and safety for our Members and team
  • At least 3 years of hospitality or service industry experience in a management role
  • Operations and Sales experience required
  • Prior experience in managing a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience of developing and maintaining key stakeholder relations
  • Excellent problem resolution skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Able to work under own initiative
  • Able to manage budgets
  • Good attention to detail with an ability to see the bigger picture
  • IT Literate with a solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
