• Conduct research and gather data as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
• Support the creation and writing of EDM.
• Content research for upcoming campaigns and marketing purposes.
• Assist in the creation of social media content.
• Support in short video creations for social media, according to TGR Brand Guidelines.
• Assist in organizing and scheduling partnerships with external partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for designated partners.
• Housekeeping and Administration.
• Assist in housekeeping of decks, SOPs, rate cards, brochures.
• Support in ensuring updated content on Members' Portal and Mobile app (Eg. Upcoming Events, Perks and Benefits for Members).
• Monitor and respond to incoming inquiries on social media platforms.
• Support the Marketing team with document review and content writing.
• Events Support.
• Initiate ideas for community events to enhance engagement.
• Coordinate with teams to executive upcoming events effectively.
• Assisting Events team in coordinating incoming leads and handling miscellaneous tasks.
• Who you are.
• Have a qualification or undergrad in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Management or the equivalent.
• Interested candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Marketing and content creation tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to commit to at least 6 months of internship or term contract.

• Have strong organisational and planning skills, including the ability to prioritise, multi-task, delegate and work effectively with minimal supervision.
