Assistant Project Manager
atSiam Wellness Group Public Co., Ltd.- Help coordinate and manage project from inception to completion
- Analysis and develop project report and presentation as required.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timeline for assigned project.
- Communicate and follow up with related teams, vendors and customers to drive project effectively.
- Establish, monitor, communicate, and maintain project progress in timely manner.
- Proactively identify issues that could lead to problems and facilitate solutions.
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
- Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
- Enter information into and manage the digital project databases
- Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications
- Schedule and confirm deliveries to field staff
- Help create and adhere to project timeline and calendar
- Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits etc.
- Female (preferable)
- Bachelor's in business management / economics / engineering or related field preferred
- 2+ years' experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Skilled collaborator
- Strong communication skills both oral and written (ENG / TH)
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Focused and supportive to management at all times
- Adaptable and calm under pressure
