Sales & Customer Service
atSiam FlooringEnglish speaking customer service and sales agent, to speak with our customers in the UK over the phone and by email. Being the main point of contact for customers you will be peaking about our products, working out quotations, answering general queries and managing installation projects. The hours would be working from 2pm - 11pm Monday to Friday.
- You will be responsible for giving correct product advice. (full training will be given).
- Sometimes this will require you to think individually and overcome any problems that arise with good solutions.
- You will be speaking to customers via telephone, email & an online chat system.
- You will help customers find a flooring solution to increase sales.
- You will be able to adapt to changes, and a sometimes fast and multi tasking working environment.
- You will be calculating spaces and working out quotations.
- The position is for Thai nationals only.
- A good level of English is required, including listening speaking. & writing.
- This would ideally suit a Thai national that has lived in the UK or a western country for a minimum of 2 years.
- Some mathematics skills would also be useful.
- And we're looking for someone that is keen to learn, develop and grow with us.
