The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:
- Drive strategic campaign initiatives across teams to achieve business impact in growth, profitability, and efficiency.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure the execution team implements the strategy correctly and on time.
- Act as the first point of contact for categories and other teams to solve campaign issues and provide support.
- Work closely with category managers to identify gaps and new opportunities to reach business KPIs.
- Use data analysis to test new ideas and find better ways to address business challenges and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in e-commerce, commercial strategy, or business planning.
- Proficiency in data tools like Excel or SQL to pull insights and analyze performance.
- Strong logical thinking and a hypothesis-driven approach to solving business problems.
- Ability to turn complicated data into simple, actionable plans for other teams.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with different departments.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on improving sales and operational efficiency.
