Job Description:Design and optimize workflow of Shopees commercial invoicing and contract issuance e.g., Big campaign invoices & contractual agreementsCo-ordinate and work closely with the Shopee Finance, Legal, Commercial teams in regards to best-in-class invoicing process and contracts e.g., issuance, follow-up of pending documents, refining documents, reissuance of documents, collection of supporting documentations from clientsManage overall tax invoice & contractual issuance and submissions during the processFormulate progress report on document issuance and submissionRequirements: Minimum 2 years of work experiencesBachelors Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration or related fieldsAbility to multi-task, prioritize work load, and detail-orientedAbility to work independently and with othersClear verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
