Job Description:Provide budget feedback and assist management in key financial decisionsDesign and oversee the execution of the company budget to comply with standard accounting procedures and legal guidelinesAnalyzing a companys overall performance and managing financial data to assist the management team in decision-makingPrepare financial reports and business plans to management for making financial decisionsSupport to forecasting, operation planning and budget preparationCollaborate with related departments to budget process on standard cost set up, cost allocation and maintain systemRolling forecast process and assumptions on costCost monitoring and control though waste & loss project with cross functional departments in accordance with standardsReview and monitor for production and operation expense variancesIdentify and provide solutions of key potential of cost reduction in overall cost structureRequirements:Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or equivalentMinimum 4 years experience in a related position, preferably with a manufacturing company or E-commerceFluent in English, able to give presentation and communicate with Management teamStrong analytical, communication, time management and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of accounting standards, principles, including laws and regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and Powerpoint, especially in advanced ExcelExperience in warehousing or FMCG industry is a plus
