atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
Job Description:
- Lead and manage hub setup projects from planning through execution and handover
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to ensure high performance and accountability
- Allocate tasks, monitor workload, and ensure timely project delivery
- Track timelines, manage risks, and proactively resolve project issues
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to align project requirements
- Oversee property preparation, renovation, and equipment installation
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, documentation, and progress reports
- Continuously improve warehouse setup processes and PMO standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in project management, warehouse setup, facility management, or expansion operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse infrastructure, renovation, and operational readiness.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
