atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Job Description:Lead customer service agents of e-commerce businessIn charge of customer service related KPIsManage the development and implementation of operational strategies for customer service managementEnsure that all subordinates are working effectively and follow all technical and company service processesEnsure proper notification/ escalation of service activities are followed to ensure smooth operation with sellersManage, train and coach contact centers team members and monitor staffs performance according to established monitoring standardsHandle customer and sellers queries and complaintsEnsure operation support provided is able to meet service commitment and customer requirementEnsure smooth running of daily processes to meet service commitment levelRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in any related fieldsThai nationality onlyAt least 5 working experiences in managing the agent teamGood command of written and spoken EnglishExcellent communications and inter-personal skillsGood service mind with the ability to handle customer's complaint and inquiryLeadership ability to include demonstrated ability to develop team
