Customer Service L2 Agent (Monee)
atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Respond promptly to customer emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Handle calls and chat interactions as needed, ensuring consistent and high-quality support across all channels.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and effective solutions tailored to user needs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to track issues and improve service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes and overall customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to provide informed support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Logical thinking and analytical skills are a plus.
- Understanding of customer service trends and financial knowledge is a plus.
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to adapt communication style to meet diverse customer needs.
