Job Title: Customer Service - Flight (Thai & English skills)
Job Description:
In this role, you will assist customers by providing information for hotels & flights (focusing on flight), resolving booking issues, and offering guidance on travel options. You will handle customer interactions through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all customers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of travel services, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding hotel/flight bookings through phone, email, and chat.
Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and resolving any issues that arise during the reservation process.
Provide accurate information about travel options, policies, and services to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns and improve service processes.
Required Qualification:
Thai national
Bachelor's degree
Fluency in both Thai and English (B1-B2 level and above) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Able to work in shift rotations 24/7
Experience in customer service or related fields, preferably in the airport industry, for at least 1 year.
Proficiency in using GDS and/or Wholesaler platforms
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Team players with a proactive approach to work.
Working shift & schedule:
Shift timing 7.00-16.00, 9.00-18.00, 22.00-07.00
5 working days/ 2 days off
