Cross-Border Customer Service
atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.You are the potential candidate that will use your personal service-mind in the Cross-border team at Shopee. Will be the first contact to the customer.
- Handle customer inquiries from sellers and buyers
- Manage and resolve customer relation issues and escalations
- Be the voice of customers to provide feedback to the company
- Analyse customer experience and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Strong communication skill both in conversation and writing
- Able to understand English
- Service and sales oriented
- Good problem solving
- Able to work as a shift
