atShopee (Thailand) Co., Ltd.The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
About the Team:
Job Description:
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures
- Analyze salary data and job description to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions
- Prepare report and presentation related to compensation and benefits
- Research and stay up to date on compensation and benefits trends, laws and regulations
- Collaborate with department heads, strategy and operations team to design and implement incentive programs
- Evaluate and recommend new compensation and benefits plans to meet organizational goals and objectives
- Additional for Change implementation scope
- Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
- Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or Total Rewards
- Proven experience managing payroll or compensation processes for medium to large headcount
- Experience in operations-heavy, fast-growing, or multi-site organizations is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (data reconciliation, pivot tables, formulas)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform cost analysis and modeling
- Sound judgment in handling non-standard and sensitive compensation cases
- Clear, confident communication with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders
