Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage Controlling processes and reporting for the VLS division (40%) and Corporate function (60%)

• Preparation of monthly reporting and financial analysis as well as deviation analysis on various levels - subregion / project level

• Coordinate and monitor Intercompany cost charge operation and status

• Maintenance of material GPC for VLS division

• Support of action plans for profit achievement or other finance projects where required

• Process improvement / Automation within the team's internal processes

• Support any other tasks or projects (e.g. system testing) as required by the reporting manager

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in economics or business administration or any comparable degree in any other related Finance field

• At least 3 years professional experience in Controlling or Management Reporting preferred

• Experience liasing with cross function stakeholders in a matrix organization

• Proficiency in English and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SAP EP1 / S4 Hana)

• Positive mindset, proactive attitude and hands-on mentality

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills and ability to learn quickly
