• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive user acquisition and maximize ROI.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that deliver a seamless customer journey across paid touchpoints.
• Analyze and optimize in-app user journeys and marketing automation campaigns to improve user retention and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Proven experience marketing mobile applications with a strong understanding of CPI, CPA, in-app events, and mobile user behavior.
• Experience using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for attribution and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap or Braze.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build funnels, and optimize budgets based on performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in performance reporting and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
