Job Description & Summary

Are you passionate about driving impactful training programmes and streamlining learning operations? We’re looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Manager to lead the administrative and operational backbone of our L&D team, focusing on technical skills development.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead seamless planning and delivery of diverse training programmes—onsite, online, and eLearning.
  • Manage our LMS platform and handle all event logistics to ensure smooth, effective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with course managers to develop winning training curricula and track programme success.
  • Oversee budget planning and provide insightful financial reports.
  • Ensure all training activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and inspire junior team members while driving process improvements.
  • Coordinate impactful firmwide learning events and strategic projects that shape PwC’s future.


What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in L&D or HR operations with 2+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience with technical training and managing LMS platforms.
  • Budget-savvy and process-driven with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills that motivate teams and foster collaboration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools like Excel and Power BI.
  • Bonus: project management experience and fluency in Thai and English.
