Job Description & Summary
What you’ll do:
- Lead seamless planning and delivery of diverse training programmes—onsite, online, and eLearning.
- Manage our LMS platform and handle all event logistics to ensure smooth, effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with course managers to develop winning training curricula and track programme success.
- Oversee budget planning and provide insightful financial reports.
- Ensure all training activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and inspire junior team members while driving process improvements.
- Coordinate impactful firmwide learning events and strategic projects that shape PwC’s future.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in L&D or HR operations with 2+ years in leadership.
- Strong experience with technical training and managing LMS platforms.
- Budget-savvy and process-driven with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Leadership skills that motivate teams and foster collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Bonus: project management experience and fluency in Thai and English.
