The role
We're looking for someone to help prepare work permit and visa applications for registration with the Ministry of Labour, the Immigration Department and other government authorities.
Responsibilities
Review documents to ensure they're ready for registration with the relevant government authority.
File applications and related documents with government authorities.
Deal with any problems that may occur during the registration process to enable the application to be approved.
Deal effectively and pleasantly with the registrar or the official in charge of the government authority.
Escort clients to and from government agencies' offices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field
Be service minded and detail oriented, with a tactful manner
Have good time management and interpersonal skills
Work well under time pressure
A good command of English
