Our team provides strategic, commercial, operational and project management advice across the M&A deal continuum, from setting the deal strategy to post-deal execution.

We work closely with our colleagues in Tax, Legal, Valuation and Financial Due Diligence practices to provide clients with holistic answers to questions on combining and separating businesses. Together with our regional and global network, we help multinationals realise complex cross-border transactions and megadeals.

- Market entry, to analyse entry options and validate transaction hypotheses or strategies, including entry issues from tax and legal perspectives (e.g. foreign ownership restrictions).
- Operating model and business case development, to pull together a full picture of the commercial, operational, and financial profile of your venture.
- Feasibility study, to evaluate the economic return of the project to help support the go/no-go decision on investment.
- Operations projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

- New graduate is welcome.
- Internships in M&A, strategy, management consulting or corporate development roles preferred.
