• Determine and develop Franchise / Individual representatives business plan and drive s to achieve the goal of the company
• Initiate and Implement the program of activities appropriately to meet the objective of a business plan
• Communicating and motivating individuals effectively
• Establish good relationships of Partnership

Qualifications

• Male / Female 30-40 years old
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / MBA
• Well understand about Franchise Business
• At least 3 years of experience from a management position with retailing is preferable
• Excellent organization, Communication and negotiation skills
• Project management experience
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to travel within the country
