Job descriptions:

• Call forward coordination and service decisions that meet customer requirements and maximize profit of NS
• Provide shipping documents and information to the customer.
• Follow up with customers to obtain complete and accurate documentation to meet with export regulations.
• Co-ordinate with overseas stations to ensure smooth operation.
• Make shipment bookings with ocean carrier & Air freight carriers and consolidators to ensure space availability to meet with committed service levels.
• Plan consolidation services in close cooperation with carriers.
• Attend to all customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner with accurate information.
• Handle customer complaints, incidents and irregularities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Work closely with other department to keep abreast of any shipment related issues.Administer master data (customer, product and pricing)
• Understand Supply Chain and Logistics principle.

Qualifications:

• Male age 25-45 years old.
• Bachelor Degree or higher
• At least 3 - 5 years related working experience
• Good command communication skill both in Thai and English
• Well organized and good time management.
• Computer literacy in MS office, Excel is at proficient level
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Hard working and Team player
• Open to learn and improve own self
