A DAY IN A LIFE...
- Responsible for reporting on Daily Sales & Stock update, Monthly Performance and update Monthly customer database
- Meeting Arrangement – MSR, Quarterly B2B G2G, Annual Trip
- Trade Asset Monitoring with Report
- B2B Machine Controlling & reporting
- Coordinate with customer service team and internal to serve new installation and machine issue
- Monthly Demand FC consolidation
- Support Sales team to collect and update customer contract
- Demo machine and Product sample preparation (B2B Activity Plan) – planning, recording & reporting, stock checking
- Support Event and arrange product machine materials set up at the event
ARE YOU A FIT?
- Min. 3 years of experience in Sales support function
- Experience in sales reporting, inventory and coordinate between sales and customer service team.
- Active and high learning agility
- Strong Microsoft Excel (Pivot and Vlookup)
