- Conduct and coordinate end to end recruitment process. (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, negotiating and onboarding)
- Be able to attract high potential candidates with the right competencies.
- Participate in recruitment events when required as part of team projects.
- Complete and maintenance of corporate candidate's database.
- Arrange all recruitment activities.
- Maintains good communication and organizing skills.
