Medical HR & Welfare Supervisor (Medical HR Team Lead)
atMedpark Hospital- ดูแลและประสานงานกระบวนการสรรหา คัดเลือก และปฐมนิเทศแพทย์และทันตแพทย์ใหม่
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและประสานงานการพิจารณาคุณสมบัติแพทย์กับคณะกรรมการและผู้บริหารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกและบริหารข้อมูลแพทย์/ทันตแพทย์ในระบบฐานข้อมูล (Orion HIS)
- ดูแลการจัดทำและบริหารตารางออกตรวจ รวมถึงตารางเวร On Call และ Consultant
- ดำเนินการต่ออายุสมาชิกภาพและ Clinical Privileges ของแพทย์และทันตแพทย์ตามรอบกำหนด
- ประสานงานและจัดทำกระบวนการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำปีของแพทย์ (OPPE)
- จัดทำรายงาน สถิติ และข้อมูลด้าน Medical HR เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารงาน
- ให้คำแนะนำและประสานงานด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลสำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
